revolv® Real Estate operates under the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA) Section 8(c)(2) safe harbor for bona fide services actually performed at fair market value. All lender advertisers sign a written Marketing Services Agreement and attest that no referrals will flow between revolv® and the lender in exchange for payment.
