revolv® Real Estate (“revolv,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and safeguard information when you visit https://revolv.me, interact with our websites, use our lead-capture forms, receive text messages or email from us, or engage one of our licensed Massachusetts real estate agents.
1. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Contact information you provide voluntarily — name, email address, mobile phone number, street address, and any free-text message you include in a form.
- Property-interest information — the listings you view, your saved searches, home-value requests, rental searches, investment-analysis requests, and property-management inquiries.
- Account information — email addresses and one-time magic-link tokens used to authenticate you into your revolv consumer portal; session cookies set by our site.
- Device and usage information — IP address, browser type, referring URL, pages visited, and timestamps, collected automatically via standard web-server logs.
- Communication records — a copy of every SMS and email we exchange with you, stored so your assigned agent has full context.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Connect you with a licensed revolv Massachusetts agent who can assist with your buying, selling, renting, or investing goals.
- Send you the property alerts, saved-search matches, showing confirmations, home-value reports, and other content you specifically requested.
- Respond to your inquiries by email, phone, or SMS.
- Maintain account security, detect abuse, and comply with applicable law.
- Improve our website, listings coverage, and agent-matching.
3. SMS Messaging Program (10DLC)
When you provide a mobile number on one of our forms and explicitly check the SMS-consent box, you are opting in to receive transactional and marketing SMS text messages from revolv® Real Estate. The messages you may receive include:
- New listing alerts matching your saved searches
- Confirmations and reminders for property showings you scheduled
- Replies from your assigned agent answering questions you asked
- Rental-inquiry follow-ups and home-value report deliveries
- Occasional market updates relevant to your search area
Message frequency varies based on your interactions — typically 2–8 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply per your wireless carrier’s plan. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.
How to stop receiving messages: Reply STOP to any message at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive a final confirmation and then no further messages. You may reply START to resume.

Mobile information sharing: We do not sell, share, or transfer mobile phone numbers or SMS consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data is never shared with any external party. The only third party that processes your SMS messages is our messaging infrastructure provider (Twilio Inc.), which transmits the messages at our direction and is contractually prohibited from using them for any other purpose.
4. How We Share Your Information
We share your information only as necessary to operate our brokerage and fulfill your requests:
- Your assigned revolv agent — so they can follow up on your request.
- Service providers we use to operate the site — including Amazon Web Services (hosting and email delivery via SES), Twilio (SMS delivery), and our MLS data provider (MLS Property Information Network, Inc.). These vendors are contractually obligated to protect your information and use it only for the services they provide to us.
- Legal compliance — when required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of revolv, our users, or the public.
- Business transfers — if revolv is acquired or merged, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction subject to the terms of this policy.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
5. Your Choices & Rights
- Access and correction — you can log in to your revolv consumer portal at any time to view, correct, or delete the contact information we hold about you.
- Opt-out of SMS — reply STOP to any text from us, or toggle off SMS consent in your portal.
- Opt-out of email — click the unsubscribe link in the footer of any marketing email we send.
- Deletion — contact us at privacy@revolv.me to request full deletion of your personal information, subject to any applicable legal retention requirements (e.g., brokerage recordkeeping obligations under Massachusetts law).
6. Data Security
Our website is served over HTTPS with TLS encryption. Data at rest on our servers is protected by access controls and disk encryption. SMS consent records, including timestamp and IP address, are stored so we can demonstrate your opt-in if required by carriers or auditors.
7. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you logged in to your portal and to remember your saved-search preferences. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
8. Children’s Privacy
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
