Terms of Service

Welcome to revolv® Real Estate. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website at revolv.me, our lead-capture forms, our consumer portal, and any text-message or email communications we send to you (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services or submitting a form, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. About revolv

revolv® Real Estate is a Massachusetts-licensed real estate brokerage located at 279 GAR Highway, Somerset, MA 02726. All listings displayed on revolv.me are provided through our participation with MLS Property Information Network, Inc. (“MLS PIN”) and are subject to MLS PIN’s Internet Data Exchange (IDX) rules.

2. Use of the Services

You agree to:

• Provide accurate contact information when submitting a form.
• Use listing information for your personal, non-commercial use only. Listing data may not be scraped, resold, or redistributed.
• Not attempt to bypass our registration wall, rate-limiting, or consent safeguards.
• Not impersonate another person or submit forms on someone else’s behalf without their permission.

3. SMS Messaging Terms (A2P 10DLC)

When you check the SMS-consent box on any of our forms, you expressly agree to these SMS-specific terms, which are incorporated into the broader Terms:

• Program name: revolv Real Estate Lead Notifications.
• Program description: Listing alerts, saved-search matches, showing confirmations, home-value report delivery, and agent replies to inquiries you submitted.
• Message frequency: Varies based on your interactions. Typically 2–8 messages per month. Conversational replies from your agent do not have a fixed cadence.
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply per your wireless carrier’s plan. revolv does not charge for the messages themselves.
• Consent is not a condition of purchase. You do not have to opt in to SMS to work with a revolv agent or to view listings.
• STOP: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe immediately. You will receive a final confirmation, after which no further messages will be sent unless you reply START.
• HELP: Reply HELP to any message for support information, or email support@revolv.me, or call (508) 567-2850.
• Carrier disclaimer: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Eligibility: You must be 18 or older and the authorized account holder (or have the account holder’s permission) of the mobile number you provide.
• No sharing of opt-in data: We do not share mobile opt-in information or SMS consent data with third parties for their marketing purposes. Our only SMS processing vendor is Twilio Inc., acting solely at our direction.

4. Accounts & Portal Access

Our consumer portal uses passwordless email magic-link authentication. You are responsible for the security of the email inbox associated with your portal account. Notify us immediately at support@revolv.me if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

5. Listing Accuracy & MLS Attribution

All listing data is supplied by MLS PIN and is presumed reliable but is not guaranteed. Information should be independently verified. Listings displayed on revolv.me are the property of the listing broker and are displayed pursuant to MLS PIN’s IDX rules.

6. Fair Housing

revolv is an equal-opportunity brokerage. We comply with the federal Fair Housing Act and Massachusetts fair-housing law. We do not discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, genetic information, ancestry, marital status, veteran status, age, or receipt of public assistance.

7. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Home-value estimates, investment-analysis outputs, and rental-pricing suggestions are automated estimates for informational purposes only and are not appraisals, offers to buy, recommendations to buy or sell, or financial advice. You should consult a licensed professional before making any real-estate or financial decisions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Massachusetts law, revolv, its agents, officers, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Services. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of the Services is limited to $100.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Bristol County, Massachusetts.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or a prominent website notice. Your continued use of the Services after a revised Effective Date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
