What's the split?

We don't publish the split on a public page because it's tailored to production level and experience — but every split we offer is better than the industry standard at your current production, and it gets better as you grow. Is there really no monthly fee? What's the catch?

No catch. No desk fee, no tech fee, no E&O charge, no franchise royalty. We don't make money unless you close — which means our incentives are aligned with yours from day one.

Are you competing with your own agents for leads?

No. Denis is a non-competing principal broker — he doesn't take listings, he doesn't work buyers, and he doesn't get first pick of the leads that come into the brokerage. Every inquiry from the website, every sign call, every referral is routed to an agent, not to the broker. His entire job is to make you more successful; he has no reason to hold back the best opportunities for himself.

Do I have to change my license to apply?

No. Applying is a conversation, not a commitment. We'll walk through the numbers with you first, answer every question, and only transfer your license once you've decided it's the right move.

What happens to my current pipeline when I switch?

It comes with you. We'll help you migrate active clients and open deals into our CRM, rebrand any marketing you want to keep, and make the transition invisible to your buyers and sellers.

How long does onboarding take?

Most agents are live and operating on our platform within 3–5 business days of license transfer. You'll get your microsite, CRM login, SMS number, and a 1:1 onboarding session with Denis in week one.

Can I bring my team?

Yes. We've onboarded small teams and solo agents alike. Team leads keep their structure and splits within the team; revolv provides the platform and support. Let's talk specifics.

What markets do you cover?

Our offices are in Somerset and Dartmouth, MA, and our agents actively work Bristol County and the Rhode Island line. If you're licensed in MA or RI and working the SouthCoast, you're in the right place.

What if I'm brand new and not licensed yet?

We work with new licensees too. If you've finished your pre-licensing coursework or are about to, reach out — we'll talk you through a ramp-up plan, mentor pairing, and first-90-days expectations before you decide.
